To filter by a particular topic and see a smaller section of the data, make a selection on the dropdown “Filters” menu or click “Search” to do a keyword search. Hover over the abbreviated filter tags in the blue boxes to see the complete name of the filter, or click a filter to display all the data with this tag. The People of Color Against AIDS Network is founded.

This is one of the early harm reduction initiatives founded in response to AIDS that establishes one of the early needle exchange programs led by People of Color and operates under a harm reduction approach.

Today, the network is a multicultural, multi-social service agency that addresses disparities in marginalized communities in Seattle and greater King County, Washington by offering a wealth of health services and community programs.
