The task force is founded to develop and implement culturally appropriate HIV education and direct services to the Native community in Minnesota. The group provides culturally-grounded housing and case management, support with traditional medicines and cultural practices, and community gathering places. Additionally, the task force supports Nibi Walks, which are Indigenous-led ceremonies to pray for the water.
