Hover over the abbreviated filter tags in the blue boxes to see the complete name of the filter, or click a filter to display all the data with this tag. Led by the Reproductive Freedom Project, the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), and Planned Parenthood, an injunction is filed on behalf of a pregnant Medicaid recipient and their health care providers.

However, the U.S. Supreme Court will vacate the injunction in August 1977–issuing two decisions that maintain state public funding limits for abortion care.
